Dr. Sylvia King
The Caledon East Dentistry family began with Dr. Sylvia King (just Sylvia to most of her patients and just “Syl” to most of the staff). Sylvia grew up right in Caledon, attending Palgrave Public School and Mayfield Secondary School. She attended the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry and graduated with honours in 1980. The small-town girl returned to her roots and opened her practice in Caledon East the same year. Married to Larry Goss, with their two children Kerri (with husband Justin and precious granddaughter Maeve) and Michael (with partner Lucas), as well as stepchildren David (with partner Sally) and Stacey (and her awesome grandson Quintin). Life in and out of the office is busy and complete.
